Alina Stepan

A market research leader since the 1990s, Alina Stepan has served as the Managing Director of Ipsos Romania since 2012 and has headed the Southeast Europe Cluster since 2015. A sociologist and licensed psychotherapist through the Wiesbaden Institute of Positive Psychotherapy, Alina also holds an MBA in Management, Innovation, and Sustainable Development from IFG Executive Education, Sorbonne, INSEEC Paris, and the Université de Haute-Alsace. Alina leads the group’s full-service research agency in Romania—a key pillar of Ipsos’s top-tier market presence—which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2026. Her multidimensional leadership combines deep sociological and psychological insight with advanced business strategy to consistently raise the bar for research excellence.
