LearningTapestry.ro is an event brand name used by VIS World Resources & Learning and Development Center for Education Foundation, the organizers of the event.

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
Full name – for communication, ticket assignment and badge issuance
Email address – for communication and to send you the access code
Phone – to contact you in case of problems
Country – this is a legal requirement for billing purposes
Occupation – to determine the number of people involved in the education industry
County – this is a legal requirement for billing
City – this is a legal requirement for billing

We will only send you newsletters if you opt in. We need:
First and last name – to personalize your newsletter
Email – to send you the newsletter

4. Sharing Your Information and How Long Do We Keep Your Data

We may share your personal information with third party service providers who assist us in providing and maintaining our services. We may also disclose your information in response to a legal request or as otherwise required by law.

Your personal data will be processed by VIS World Resources & Learning and Development Center for Education Foundation located in Bucharest, Romania. We will keep your information for two years.

The personal data necessary for ticketing and billing services is also processed (on their personal servers) by our partner MyConnector, located in Bucharest, Romania, which provides support and acts as a data processor for VIS World Resources & Learning and Development Center for Education Foundation. Your personal data associated with your account on the platform will be retained for a period of one year following the last activity recorded in the account. Should there be no activity within the account for a continuous period of one year the account will undergo anonymization.
The personal data included in financial and accounting documents, along with any documents attached thereto, will be retained for a period of 10 years in compliance with the stipulations of Article 38 of Annex 1 to Order No. 2634/2015 issued by the Ministry of Public Finances. These data shall not be accessed for any purpose other than the legal requirement for which they are archived. Subsequently, after the expiration of the 10-year period, this data will be securely destroyed.

The personal data necessary for payment is processed by Netopia Payments, a service provided by NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L., a company located in Bucharest, Romania. The adequacy of the data transfer is represented by contractual clauses signed by Netopia Financial Services and MyConnector. The only personal data exchanged between the two controllers is the ID for the payment and the confirmation whether the payment was accepted or not. All other personal information is collected by Netopia Financial Services.

Personal data collected for the newsletter subscription will be retained for the duration of the newsletter subscription period.
