Urania Cremene is the mother of a teenager and probably the most appreciated parenting expert in Romania. She has more than 20 years of experience as a trainer and public speaker, for which she has received several national and international accreditations as a Master Trainer, Coach and Facilitator.
Her journey began as a leadership trainer for the largest corporations in the country. She made the transition to parenting more than 14 years ago when she became a mother and understood how much support parents needed to move from carrot-and-stick (i.e., bribery and punishment) based parenting to structure (firmness) and warmth based parenting.
She created the All About Parenting methodology, the only one in the world based on Self-Determination Theory, through which she has helped over 60,000 parents raise more balanced children with both firmness and warmth.
Over the past 5 years, Urania and the All about Parenting team have organized over 2000 free online webinars, conferences, and hands-on workshops attended by over 600,000 parents across the country and around the world. Parents have been given information and techniques to help them have a cooperative relationship with their children, not one of fear, punishment and yelling, so that they can grow into well-adjusted, grounded adults.
